摘要
研究了芽孢杆菌(Bacilluscereus)C328SOD(Superoxidedismutase)生产菌株在发酵培养过程中培养基种类、碳氮比以及补充碳氮源对产酶的影响.结果表明,C328菌株发酵产酶率与培养基种类、复配碳氮比有密切关系.培养基浓度为10%时,对菌株生长及产酶有明显的促进作用,超过13%则抑制SOD酶产生.筛选出最佳产酶发酵农副产品培养基和优化配比组合产酶培养基.
In the process of high production of superoxide dismutase form Bacillus cereus strain C328, some rules on the effects of some kinds of culture medium, carbon-nitrogen ration and additional carbon-nitrogen on enzyme production have been found. When concentration of culture medium is 10%, microbial growth and enzyme activity can be obviously increased whereas over 13% inhibited. The optimum enzyme-roducting medium with farm products was selected.
