Checking up pressure vessels' strength by average safety factor of reliability

摘要 为克服用常规安全系数校核容器强度不能反映应力和材料强度变化的缺点,利用可靠性分析的方法,获得压力容器受各种载荷下的可靠性平均安全系数,它既考虑了应力和强度的变化,又考虑了失效的不同后果。用可靠性平均安全系数进行容器的强度校核比用常规安全系数进行容器校核安全和经济。 Average safety factors of reliability can be established through reliability analysis for a pressure vessel subject, different kinds of loads with variances of stress and strength and influence of different consequences of failure are taken into consideration. Checking up the strength of pressure vessels by average safety factors of reliability is safer and more economical than checking up the strength of pressure vessels by the conventional safety factors.
