摘要
为解决轻烃作为燃料使用时气化量不足,使燃具热负荷达不到要求的问题,阐述了轻烃采用“空气鼓泡法”的气化过程,并对该过程进行了传热和传质分析,指出空气流量、温度和气泡总表面积是影响轻烃气化量的主要因素,同时,进行了不同空气流量下的轻烃气化实验。结果表明,可通过增加空气流量、提高轻烃或空气温度和增大气泡总表面积的方法增加轻烃气化量。
The analysis of the heat and mass transfer process of light hydrocarbon gasification indicates that the air volume, the temperature and the total surface area of air bubbles exert great influence on light hydrocarbon gasification rate. Experiments of light hydrocarbon gasification rate with different air volume were made. Experimental results indicate that light hydrocarbon gasification rate can be increased by raising the air volume, or the temperature of the air or the light hydrocarbon, or the total surface area of air bubbles.
