摘要
采用微波辐射技术合成N——(3—— 十二烷氧——2——羟)丙基——N,N——二甲基胺,研究了微波功率、辐射时间、反应物配比对反应产物收率的影响。实验结果表明适当的微波辐射可以加速N——(3——十二烷氧——2——羟)丙基——N,N——二甲基胺的合成反应,而且产品产率高,操作简便。
The synthesis of N-(3-Dodealkoxyl-2-Hydroxy)Propyl-N,N-Dimethylamine is studied under microwave irradiation. Detailed studies are made on the effect of the microwave power, time of microwave radiation, the matching of reactant on the yield ratio of reaction product. The experimental results show that the proper microwave irradiation could speed up the reaction of N-(3-Dodealkoxyl-2-Hydroxy)Propyl-N,N-Dimethylamine and obtain high yield with simple operation.
