电解对原糖浆具有很好的脱色效果 并同时对耗电量 杂质去除率等指标进行了考察 结果表明,电解脱色优于机械打泡脱色效果 并对电解过程的相关变化如 pH
Electrolytic decolourization to the raw sugar syrup had good effect. In the meanwhile, the consume of electric energy, the removal of impurity was inspected. The result showed that,the removal of color was overmatching that of machine foam’s. And the correlation changes with electrolysis decolourization were studied.
