摘要
文章主要通过实验研究了钢中加钙后夹杂物的各种和变化。研究结果表明 :80t钢包喂 2 0 0mCa -Si丝后 ,钢中硫化物 ,Al2 O3 几乎全部变成球状 ,而且经Ca -Si处理后 ,钢中的平均脱硫率为 2 5 2 5 %。钢的洁净度有一定的提高。
This paper is mainly concerned with the all changes in the inclusions during the Ca-Si alloys addition to the molten steel. The study results show that sulphide and Al 2O 3 inclusions in the steel are transformed into globular shapes after 200m Ca-Si wire feeding in the 80t ladle. By the Ca-Si wire feeding, the average desulphurization rate is 25.25%. After the Ca-Si treatment, the purity of the steel is improved to some extent also.
