浅谈建设工程施工合同管理

建筑施工合同是市场经济下 ,承发包双方都应遵守的行为准则 ,所以加强和提高施工合同管理是十分重要的。通过分析我国建筑施工合同管理中存在的问题及原因 ,提出了加强建筑施工合同管理的几点意见。

Construction contract is the behavior rule for both concerned bodies to comply with in market economy, so it is very important to reinforce and improve the management of the construction contract. Some ideas for strengthening the management of the construction contract are put forward through analyzing its problems and causes in our country.
