摘要
新世纪中国船舶工业面临发展机遇与挑战。虽然连续多年我国造船产量居世界第三位,但我国船舶科学技术与船舶工业的整体水平与日、韩等先进造船国家差距较大,必须依靠多方努力,采取多项措施提高科研实力:一是加大科研投入;二是加强信息化建设;三是国家政策作适当扶持;四是要加强高素质、懂专业的科研设计人才队伍建设;五是要搞好科技创新才能实现将我国建成世界第一造船大国的宏伟目标。
In the new century, China's shipbuilding industry faces both opportunity and challenge. Though China's shipbuilding output has constantly listed the third in the world for many years, it's shipbuilding technology and overall capabilities lagged still behind the advanced shipbuilding countries such as Japan and Korea. So we should gather efforts of many ways and carry out various measures to improve our science and research. These measures suggested include first to increase R&D investment; second to strengthen information technology implementation; third to get more government policy support; forth to strengthen the education and bringing up of a big team of highly qualified professionals; and fifth to promote science and technology creation. It is believed they will contribute to realize the great goal of making China the biggest shipbuilding country in the world.
