摘要
利用气相色谱测定健康成年人终末呼出气中的戊烷,结果对照组0.136ppm±0.074ppm,吸烟组0.22dppm±0.156ppm,饮酒组0.128ppm±0.092ppm,吸烟伴饮酒组0.208ppm±0.109ppm。吸烟组和吸烟伴饮酒组高于对照组(P<0.05),说明吸烟可促进机体脂质过氧化作用,有害于身体健康。饮酒组与对照组无显著差别,饮酒对机体脂质过氧化作用的影响需进一步研究。
The petane in the ending expiratory air of the healthy adults was determined with gas chromatograph. It turned out that the content of petane in the ending expiratory air of the control group was 0.136ppm±0.074ppm. the cigarrette smoking group had a petane content of 0.244ppm±0.156ppm, the alcohol drinking group, 0.128ppm±0.092ppm, and the mixed group of both cigarrette smoking and alcohol drinking, 0.208ppm±0.109ppm. The cigarrette smoking group and the mixed group had a higher petane content than the control group (P<0.05), which showed that smoking may promote body lipid peroxidation. The alcohol drinking group and the control group have similar result, the influence of drinking on body lipid peroxidation should be further studied.
