微量元素对离体晶体透明度的影响

摘要 摘取了妊娠不少于8个月引产生下的136个胎儿的272只晶体,将同一个体的两只晶体,一只置于含有微量元素的溶液中,另一只做对照。然后以721分光光度计每日测试其吸光度。结果表明:当对照组晶体的吸光度达到100%左右时(肉眼观察已完全混浊),而含锌溶液组中的晶体吸光度仅为50%左右,含镁溶液组的晶体吸光度在60%左右。说明锌、镁元素在晶体代谢过程中占有重要地位。本实验为探讨老年性白内障的病因,为逆转和防治老年性白内障启示了一条研究途径。 Two hundred and seven-two lens were extracted from 136 fetuses of over eight months delivered through induced labor. One of the lens from each of the fetus was put into the solution containing some trace element, the other, as a control. Then their absorptance was tested separately with 721 spectrophotometer. The result showed When the absorptance of the control group reached 100% (complete turbidity, maoroscopical), the lens in the solutions containing Zn, Mg, Cu and Fe were still transparent in diffenect degrees, especially those in the solusions containing Zn and Mg. This indicates Zn and Mg play an important role in the metabolic processes of the lens, It is possible to find out the cause of senile cataract, thereby reversing and preventing it.
