肾盂输尿管交界处狭窄10例临床分析

报道1985年至1991年4月间手术治疗的肾盂输尿管交界处狭窄10例,共进行11次手术。包括连续性和离断性成形术。作者指出,离断性肾盂成形术是治疗肾盂输尿管交界处狭窄的理想手术方式。其病因以先天性发育不良为主,并对其诊断方法和术后处理作一讨论。

Ten patients with pelvioureteral junction obstruction were treated surgically from 1985 to 1991. Various plastic operations were carried out ten times, including continuous and uncontinuouspyeloplasty. For pelvioureteral junction obstruction, uncontinuous pyeloplasty was considered as the most suitable operation, its causes were congential. The diagnostic methods and post—operative management were further discussed.
