业务多元化、技术学习与企业绩效的影响机制研究

Study on the influencing mechanism among business diversification, technological learning and firm performance

本文基于135家中国企业的样本数据,对业务多元化、技术学习和企业绩效三者之间的影响机制进行了实证研究,研究表明:(1)业务多元化相关性对技术学习具有显著的正向影响;(2)技术学习在业务多元化相关性和企业绩效之间起到了部分中介作用,即业务多元化相关性不仅会直接对企业绩效产生影响,还会通过技术学习间接对企业绩效产生影响。本文揭示了业务多元化相关性对企业绩效影响的路径机制,对转型经济中的中国企业实施多元化战略具有一定的指导意义。

Based on the empirical study of 135 sample data of Chinese firms, this paper examines how business diversification and technological learning influence firm’s performance. The results show that:(1) business diversification (business relatedness) has a significantly positive influence on the technological learning;(2) the relationship between business diversification and firm performance is partially mediated by technological learning, which means that business diversification has not only a direct effect on firm performance, but also an indirect influence based on the mediation of technological learning. This paper reveals the influencing mechanism among business diversification, technological learning and firm performance, which could be a meaningful guideline for Chinese firms to implement diversification strategy in the context of transition economy.
