Research Venation and Prospects of Network-Knowledge Power under the Background of Network Organization

网络权力的研究已逐渐成为网络组织研究的重点和热点,但对不同网络组织背景下的网络权力研究仍处于起步阶段。本文从资源依赖理论、网络交互理论到权力依赖理论的发展阐述网络权力的理论基础,从网络非均衡演化分析网络权力的来源,从知识经济背景下网络权力到知识权力的发展探讨网络权力的核心,系统梳理了网络组织背景下网络‐知识权力的研究脉络,并对未来研究进行展望。

Network power research has gradually become the focus and hotspot in the research of network organization, but its research under the background of different network organizations is still in its infancy. The theory bases of network power are expounded from resource dependence, network interaction to power dependence. The origin of network power is analyzed from network's evolution of disequilibrium. The core of network power is discussed from the development of network power to knowledge power in the knowledge economy. This paper systematically analyzes the research venation of network power under the background of the network organization and points out the future research prospect.
