摘要
出口作为一种学习渠道,对于发展中国家企业创新具有战略意义。本文基于组织学习理论视角,选取"中国光谷"109家出口企业作为研究对象,对出口强度与创新绩效之间的关系机制进行了探索。研究发现企业出口强度对创新绩效具有显著正向影响,特别是当企业研发强度较高时,以及吸引到跨国公司入股时,企业出口强度对创新绩效的影响会更显著。
As a way of learning,Participating in export markets is significantly important for firms in new emerging economies to realize innovation potentials. Based on the organizational learning view, we pick out 109 exporting firms in Optics Valley of China and examine the relationship between export intensity and innovation performance. The results show that export intensity has a significantly positive influence on innovation performance. When firms have higher R&D intensity and own more equity participation of MNCs, it tends to be more capable for exporting firms to use technologies and management practices brought by foreign firms to fufill their innovation.
