现有文献对互联网金融进行了较多分析,但缺乏对互联网金融市场的研究。本文探析了互联网金融市场的网络区域性及其市场结构。分析表明:商业银行在互联网金融的发展中处于基础性地位,非金融机构主导的互联网金融区域性市场呈现双寡头垄断的市场结构,而金融机构主导的互联网金融区域性市场呈现近似完全竞争的市场结构,这对互联网金融的发展有理论价值和现实意义。

Nowadays, existing literature make lots of analysis of internet finance, but they are short of the study on the localityl of Internet finance. The paper studies the locality and market structure of internet finance. It shows that commercial banks occupy the fundamental position in the internet finance. Regional internet financial market dominated by no-financial institutions dusplays a structure of double oligopoly, while regional internet financial market dominated by financial institutions becomes a perfectly competition market. The results are important either for financial institutions or regulatory authority.
