基于多层线性模型的城市体育公共服务满意度影响因素研究

Research on Influential Factors of Public Satisfaction with Public Sports Service in Cities Based on Hierarchical Linear Model

本文在"2012年连氏中国城市公共服务满意度调查"的基础上,首先对34个主要城市的体育公共服务满意度进行了分析评价,发现城市间体育公共服务满意度存在较大差异。然后构建多层线性模型(HLM),从城市层面的因素(含人均GDP、常住人口、人均体育财政支出、体育财政支出水平等)、受访市民的个人因素(含年龄段、性别、职业、学历、收入、居住年限、单位性质、是否党员、户籍等)等两个层面解释影响34个城市体育公共服务满意度差异的因素,发现受访市民的性别、户籍、是否党员等变量对体育公共服务的公共满意度有较强的正向或负向影响,能够较充分解释城市间体育公共服务满意度的差异,而城市层面因素对城市之间满意度差异的解释能力不强。为了提高体育公共服务满意度,本文从加大公共财政投入、建立组织服务网络、提高体育设施的利用率等方面提出了对策措施。

In this paper, the satisfaction of cultural-sports facilities in 34 cities is analyzed based on 2012 lien public service quality survey for Chinese cities firstly. We find that there is a big difference among 34 cities' public satisfaction. The paper enquires the influence of city-level variables(including GDP per capita, population scale, per capita public expenditure on cultural-sports facilities, cultural-sports facilities expenditure level, etc.) as well as that of citizen-level variables(including age group, gender, occupation, education, income, length of residence, nature of the unit, household register, etc.) on citizens' satisfaction by setting up Hierarchical Linear Model. The result shows that the citizen-level variables(including Gender,Household register, whether you are a party member of CPC or not, etc.)can explain the variance in satisfaction between cities to a significant degree; however, the city-level variables can't explain the variance.Finally, we put forward relevant suggestions to promote public satisfaction of cultural-sports facilities, such as increasing the input of public finance, establishing service network, improving the utilization rate of sports facilities and so on.
