标准与知识产权对低碳经济的影响——基于我国总体和行业面板数据的实证 被引量:1

摘要 在国家大力发展低碳经济的背景下,研究我国标准与知识产权对CO2排放的影响具有十分重要的现实和理论意义。通过研究本文发现,无论是整体还是行业的面板数据均支持我国标准与知识产权有助于CO2排放量降低的结论,FDI的流入也有利于CO2排放的下降,但我国的GDP、货物进出口贸易则在一定程度上带来了CO2增加的压力。另外,行业数据显示,不同行业的标准与知识产权对CO2排放量的影响具有差异性。因此,政府应加大标准与知识产权工作的力度,积极引入高质量的FDI以及进行产业结构调整以降低CO2排放。 In the context of developing a low-carbon economy, the research on the effects of standards and intellectual property rights upon carbon dioxide emissions in our country is significant both in practice and theory. This study finds that both the whole and industrial panel data prove that standards and intellectual property rights contribute to the reduction of carbon dioxide emissions, and the FDI inflow is also conducive to the decline in carbon dioxide emissions, but the country's GDP, import and export of goods bring the pressure of carbon dioxide increases to a certain extent. In addition, industrial data shows that there is a difference in different sectors of standards and intellectual property rights on carbon dioxide emissions. Therefore, to reduce carbon dioxide emissions, the government should intensify standards and intellectual property rights, actively introduce high-quality FDI and carry on industrial restructuring.
