摘要
本文聚焦于新创企业的商业模式设计同其绩效之间的关系,并考虑情境因素如环境友善性和吸收能力对商业模式设计与新创企业绩效关系的调节作用。为此,本研究在对115家新创企业问卷调查数据的基础上,采用OLS方法对相关关系进行了检验。结果表明,新创企业的新颖型商业模式设计正向影响企业绩效,而效率型商业模式设计的影响不显著,而且环境友善性正向调节新颖型商业模式设计与新创企业绩效的关系;吸收能力正向调节新颖型商业模式设计与新创企业绩效关系。
The paper focuses on the relationship between the start-ups' model design and their performance. At the same time, the paper argues that situational factors such as environment munificence and absorption ability have a moderating effect on the relationship between business model design and performance. For this purpose, this study tests such relationship using the method of OLS on the basis of survey data from 115 start-ups questionnaires. Results show that novelty-centered business model design has positive effect on performance significantly, while the effect of efficiency-centered business model design on performance is not significant. In addition, environment munificence positively moderates the relationship between novelty-centered business model design and performance, and the absorptive capacity also positively moderates the relationship between novelty-centered business model design and performance.
