摘要
为了研究RbI掺杂硫系玻璃的纳米晶化工艺对其组织和性能的影响,采用两步法(第一步以RbI为晶核剂对硫系玻璃进行掺杂,第二步对掺杂试样进行热处理)对硫系玻璃进行微晶化.通过示差扫描量热分析、X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜、红外透过光谱和显微硬度等测试方法分析了样品的特征温度、结构组织、光学性能和力学性能.研究结果表明:加入RbI之后,Ge_(23)Se_(67)Sb_(10)红外玻璃仍然具有良好的成玻性能和热稳定性;随着热处理温度的升高和时间的增加,玻璃的红外透过率逐渐减小,在320℃处理20h,试样的红外透过率降低至46%;玻璃的显微硬度和断裂韧性值随着热处理温度的升高先增大后减小;在300℃下热处理20h,玻璃试样的综合性能最佳,红外透过率仍在50%以上,纳米晶尺寸达到200nm,断裂韧性值KIC达到0.414 MPa·m^(1/2),较未热处理提高近26%,提高了其力学性能,获得了较优的纳米晶化工艺.
In order to study the effects of the nano-crystallizing technology of RbI Doped on the stuctrue and property of chalcogenide infrared glass,the experienment was conducted to use two-step method(1st step:dope the chalcogenide glass with IRb;2nd step:heat treatment the doped sample)of micro crystallization.The characteristic temperature,structure organization,optical property and mechanical property were investigated by using scanning electron microsccope (SEM),differential scanning calorimetry (DSC),X-ray diffractometer (XRD)and Vickers -hardness tester methods.It is found:The Ge23 Se67 Sb10 glass still has good glass-forming ability and the thermal stability after adding RbI.The infrared transmittance decreases with the increase of temperature and time.The Vickers-hardness and the fracture toughness increase firstly,then decreases with the increase of heat treatment temperature,after the heat treatment at 320 ℃ for 20 h,the infrared transmittance reduced to 46%.After the heat treatment at 300 ℃ for 20 h,samples’mechanical properties are greatly improved,while infrared transmittance is still above 50%,the size of nancrystalline reached 200 nm,the fracture toughness K IC ,which increases nearly 26% than base glass,is up to 0.414 MPa·m1/2 ,respectively.As a result,a better nano-crystallizing technology of chalcogenide glass is obtained.
