陕西省农村金融产品供给与需求非均衡的表现及其影响研究

The Research on the Non-Equilibrium Performance and Its Influences of Rural Financial Products Supply and Demand in Shaanxi Province

陕西省农村金融产品供给与需求非均衡总体表现为供给小于需求。通过农村金融相关率及农村金融融量缺口分析,本文认为:陕西省农村正规金融产品供不应求,但农村金融融量缺口比呈下降趋势,供不应求的局面在逐渐改善。农村民间金融也呈现供不应求局面,在供求总量、机构分布、服务对象、农户借贷用途及民间借贷利率等方面非均衡表现较为明显。农村金融产品供给与需求非均衡的主要影响包括:农村金融机构区域布局难以满足农村经济发展需要、农村难以获得与其产出贡献相匹配的融资服务、现代农业发展资金需求难以得到满足、农村金融机构金融供给难以支撑服务"三农"的任务、农村资金短缺与资金流失并存、农村金融难以满足建设"五位一体"小康社会的需要等。

The non-equilibrium performance of rural financial products supply and demand in Shaanxi province is that the supply is less than the demand. Through the analysis on the rural financial correlation rate and rural financial capacity gap, the paper proves that rural formal financial products supply is less than demand, but rural financial capacity gap is declining, the current situation is gradually improving. Rural informal finance is also in short supply, and the non-equilibrium performance in the amount of supply and demand, institution distributions, service objects, the farmers’ borrowing purposes and the informal finance interest rate is obvious. The impacts of the non-equilibrium of rural financial products supply and demand include that the regional distribution of rural finan-cial institutions can’t meet the needs of rural economic development, rural financial services can hardly match the contribution of out-puts of the rural areas, fund needs of modern agricultural development can’t be satisfied, rural financial institutions’ financial ser-vices can’t support rural areas, agriculture and farmers, the shortage of rural funds and the capital loss coexist, and rural finance has difficultly in meeting the demand for the all-round realization of well-off society.
