The Study on Financial Support to the Cultural Industry in Shaanxi Province

近年来,我国出台了一系列促进文化产业发展的政策、意见,在金融支持文化产业发展方面提出明确要求。陕西作为文化大省,文化产业增加值逐年增加,但融资渠道相对单一,亟须探索一种新型的文化产业融资模式。本文结合陕西省情,围绕陕西文化产业发展战略,探索符合本地区特点的文化金融创新模式,研究提出了金融支持文化产业发展策略,建议形成多层次、多渠道、多元化的文化产业融资体系,促进陕西文化产业繁荣发展。

In recent years, China has issued a series of policies and opinions which put forward clear requirements on the financial support for the development of the cultural industry. As a big cultural province, the added value of Shaanxi’s cultural industry has in-creased year by year, but due to the relatively single financing channel, it is urgent to explore a new kind of culture industry financing mode. According to the real situation of Shaanxi province, centered around the Shaanxi’s cultural industry development strategy, the paper explores a new financial innovation model accord with the characteristics of the local culture, studies and puts forward the finan-cial support for the cultural industry development strategy, and suggests forming a multi-level and multi-channel and diversified financ-ing system of the cultural industry so as to promote the development and prosperity of the culture industry in Shaanxi province.
