Practice and Thinking of Promoting Basic Central Bank Cadre Team Construction

本文以贯彻落实新颁布的《党政领导干部选拔任用条例》为主线,结合基层央行干部队伍建设实际,提出围绕一个核心促进干部队伍建设,抓住两个关键优化干部队伍建设,实施三大举措强化干部队伍建设,以期为推动基层央行干部工作科学化、民主化、制度化提供参考借鉴。

Through implementing“regulations on the selection and appointment of leading cadres“as the main line and combin-ing with the actual construction of grass-roots cadres team of central bank, the paper advise on promoting the construction of cadre team around a core, grasping two key optimization of cadre team construction and implementing three initiatives to strengthen the con-struction of cadre team, in order to provide reference for promoting the basic central bank cadre work scientifically, democratically and standard.
