Singapore FIDReC is a typical representative of Asia Financial Ombudsman service organization,resolves the disputes between consumers and financial institutions by the way of mediation and adjudication,and provides an independent,fair and affordable alternative dispute resolution to encourage and support consumers and financial institutions to resolve disputes in a friendly and fair way. FIDReC's sophisticated system designs and good mode of operation provides an important implication to China in perfecting the financial consumer disputes mediation mechanism and establishing a third-party financial dispute settlement organization.
