金融支持民族地区县域扶贫问题研究——以青海省互助县为例

The Research on the Financial Support for the County-level Poverty Alleviation in Ethnic Minority Areas——A Case of Huzhu County of Qinghai Province

自国家扶贫开发战略实施以来,青海省互助县积极探索金融支持扶贫开发路径,充分发挥银行信贷资源配置作用,金融扶贫工作取得一定成效,支持了地方经济发展,得到了地方政府和社会各界的肯定。然而,作为西部民族地区的贫困县,由于经济发展相对落后,扶贫工作困难多,任务艰巨。本文从金融视角通过对互助县扶贫问题的分析研究,提出有针对性的完善意见。

Since the national strategy of the poverty alleviation and development was implemented,the financial support for the poverty alleviation and development path of Huzhu county of Qinghai province has been actively explored,which has fully played the role of banks in allocating the credit resources,some achievements in the financial poverty alleviation has been made,the local economic development has been supported,which have been spoken highly of by the local government and all walks of life. However,as the western poverty-stricken ethnic minority areas,due to the relatively backward economic development,the task of the poverty alleviation is harder. The paper analyzes and studies the poverty alleviation of Huzhu county from the financial perspective,and puts forward the targeted suggestions.
