基于产业结构演变的关中城市群发展效率及影响因素研究

The Research on the Development Efficiency and Influencing Factors in Guanzhong Urban Agglomeration Based on the Industrial Structure Evolution

产业发展是区域发展的推动力和重要组成部分,关系到区域经济发展、人民生活水平以及资源消耗。本文基于产业结构演变视角,运用DEA-Tobit模型,对关中城市群2001—2013年国民经济和社会发展数据进行分析和实证论证。结果表明,关中城市群发展效率较高,第三产业比重合理,但就业压力较大,资源转化机制存在障碍,需要优化产业结构,加快技术创新升级。

The industrial development is the driving force and an important part of the regional development, and is related to the regional economic development, people's living standards and the resources consumption. Based on the perspective of the industrial structure evolution, the paper uses DEA-Tobit model to analyze and test data of the national economy and social development of Guanzhong urban agglomeration from 2001 to 2013. The results show that the development efficiency in Guanzhong urban agglomeration is higher, and the proportion of the tertiary industry is reasonable. But the employment pressure is relatively heavy, and there exist obstacles for resources transformation mechanism. Therefore, measures should be taken to optimize the industrial structure and speed up the upgrading of the technological innovation.
