The Choices of Economic and Financial Strategies of the Energy-enriched Areas under the Background of “One Belt and One Road”——Multivariate Statistical Analysis Based on Six Cities in Ordos Basin

西北地区是国家"一带一路"建设战略中的重要组成部分,尤其是鄂尔多斯盆地能源产业最为集中,对实现国家能源安全和"一带一路"可持续发展战略目标具有重大意义。本文运用主成分分析和聚类分析方法对鄂尔多斯盆地六城市的13项经济金融发展指标进行了分析,认为该区域内城市经济发展水平差异较大,需促进该区域城市间经济金融协同发展。

Northwestern areas are the important part of strategy of constructing 'One Belt and One Road', especially in Ordos basin, the energy industry is very concentrative, which is of great significance to realize the sustainable development strategic target of the national energy safety and 'One Belt and One Road'. The paper analyses 13 economic and financial development indicators of six cities in Ordos Basin using principal component analysis and cluster analysis methods, and finds that the economic development level of each city varies greatly in the region, and it is necessary to promote the coordinated economic and financial development among cities in the region.
