The Study on the Innovative Path to Resolving Challenges of Agricultural Financing——Based on the Analysis on Chongqing Experience

重庆在深化农村改革方面积极探索,农村金融创新是其一大亮点。在深入重庆开展调研的基础上,本文对农业贷款难的原因进行了分析,详细阐述了传统金融、新型金融和政府支持这"三驾马车"在农村金融改革发展上的作用。为解决农业融资难、农村金融发展慢的难题,需要传统金融、新型金融和政府支持形成合力,逐步形成协同发展、层次丰富、形式多样和支持有力的农村金融服务体系,构建农村金融新业态。

Chongqing has explored actively in deepening the rural reform, and the innovation of rural finance is one of the most vigorous aspects. Based on the survey in Chongqing, the paper analyzes the causes of difficulties of agricultural loans, and elaborates on the roles of traditional finance, innovative finance and government's support in the development of the rural financial reform. In order to resolve the difficulties in the agricultural financing and the slow development of the rural finance, measures should be taken to make the traditional finance, new-type finance and the government support work together to gradually establish a rural financial service system with the coordinated development, rich layers, various forms and strong support and construct a new rural financial system.
