金融支持青海藏区精准扶贫实践与路径

The Practice and Path of the Financial Support to Taking Targeted Measures for Poverty Alleviation in Qinghai Tibetan Areas

加快推进藏族聚居区(简称藏区)脱贫致富是贯彻落实习近平总书记"全面实现小康,少数民族一个都不能少"要求的重要体现。本文梳理了青海省金融支持藏区精准扶贫的"九个"措施,总结了金融支持精准扶贫取得的阶段性成效和典型案例,深入分析了金融支持扶贫开发中存在的五方面问题,在此基础上对进一步做好金融支持藏区扶贫工作提出八个建议。

Accelerating the Tibetan-inhabited areas(hereinafter referred to as the Tibetan areas) out of poverty to get rich is the important manifestation to carry out the requirement of general secretary Xi 'realization of well-off with all ethnic minorities'. The paper reviews nine measures of the financial support to taking targeted measures for poverty alleviation in Qinghai Tibetan areas, summarizes the phased results and typical cases, and analyzes the problems in five aspects of the financial support for poverty alleviation and development. On this basis, the paper puts forward eight suggestions on how to do a better job of the financial support to taking targeted measures for poverty alleviation in Qinghai Tibetan areas.
