深化基层央行党务公开工作的思考与对策

Considerations on Deepening the Work of Opening Party Affairs of Grassroots Central Banks and Countermeasures

近年来,基层央行把深入推进党务公开工作作为打造"阳光央行"和加强党建工作的重要载体,积极在党务公开工作的形式和方法上探索创新,取得了一定成效。然而受制于认识不足、机制体制不完善、缺少硬约束等因素影响,推进党务公开工作深入开展还面临着诸多困难和问题,需要我们从强化责任意识、深化公开内容、丰富公开载体、增强工作联动、健全考评机制方面入手下实功,强举措,出实效,切实把党务工作做深、做细,为全面深入贯彻新形势下全面从严治党各项要求提供强有力的保障。

In recent years, grassroots central banks have regarded deeply advancing the opening of party affairs as an important carrier to create 'Sunny Central Bank' and strengthen the party building, have actively explored innovative forms and methods of opening party affairs and hasve achieved certain effects. However, constrained by insufficient awareness, imperfect mechanism system and lack of hard constraints and so on, advancing the opening of party affairs in depth is still faced with many difficulties and problems which requires us to strengthened responsibility consciousness, deepen affairs content, enrich publicity carriers, enhanced work linkage and improve evaluation mechanism so as to carry out the work deeply and better and provide a strong guarantee for full implementation of the requirements of new situation of comprehensively enforcing strict party discipline.
