情绪面孔识别状态下抑郁症患者大脑微状态的差异性研究 被引量:5

摘要 为探寻抑郁症患者情绪障碍的产生机制,设计了基于情绪面孔识别的大脑微状态的研究方法,该方法通过提取情绪面孔识别状态下产生的事件相关电位(ERP)信号,对ERP信号的微状态进行分析,研究情绪加工过程中重度抑郁症患者(MDD)与正常组(NC)之间的差异性。研究发现:在情绪面孔识别状态下,MDD组和NC组大脑微状态在类型、数量、持续时间、组合排序等方面均存在显著不同;在正性情绪面孔刺激下,MDD组微状态1、4的持续时间占比显著小于正常组;负性情绪面孔刺激下,MDD组微状态1的持续时间占比显著小于正常组,而微状态2、5的持续时间占比则显著大于正常组。该研究为抑郁症的发病机理研究和临床早期诊断研究提供了方法和依据。 A task based on recognition of emotional face states is designed to explore the mechanism of emotional disorder of depression. Event-related potentials(ERP) are extracted from electroencephalogram(EEG) signals and recorded in the task. Microstate analysis is used to find differences between patients with major depression disorder(MDD) and normal controls(NC) during emotion processing. Results show that there are significant differences in type, duration and order of microstates between the MDD group and the NC group. Moreover, stimulations show that the durations of MDD microstates 1 and 4 are significantly shorter than that of NC group in positive emotional face states;while the duration of MDD microstate 1 is shorter than that of the NC group and the durations of MDD microstates 2 and 5 are longer than that of the NC group in negative emotional face states. This study may provide an objective method for the clinical diagnosis and mechanism investigation of depression.
