正交试验法优选兰州百合总皂甙的超声提取工艺

Method of Ultrasonic Extraction of Total Saponins from Lilium Davidii Var. with Orthogonal Test

对兰州百合中的有效成分总皂甙进行超声提取,通过料液比、乙醇浓度、提取温度、提取时间各单因素试验及进一步的正交试验,优选出提取的最佳工艺为料液比1∶10,用80%的乙醇在温度55℃超声提取60min.该工艺具有提取时间短、温度低、效率高的优点.

Ultrasonic extraction of saponins from Lilium davidii var.was conducted.Based on the results of single factor experiment and further orthogonal experiments on the proportion of solution,concentration of ethanol,temperature at extraction and time of extraction,the best extracting procedure is that the ratio of solute and solvent is 1∶10,and the extraction is to be conducted at a temperature of 55 ℃ for 60 min with 80%.Compared with conventional method of extraction,this technique is advantageous in short extracting period,low temperature and high yield.
