摘要
在地学研究更加趋向定量化以来,各种新技术获得的数据量正以几何倍数增长,产生的数据逐渐由GB向TB级发展.如何可视化海量数据全局细节变化,渐渐发展成为一项新的研究领域,即海量数据处理与可视化.而目前基于海量数据最有效的可视化解决方案,主要思路是应用并行计算机集群处理技术和直接基于硬件GPU加速的可视化方法.提出了一种解决海量三维数据体绘制的并行方法及实现,并以三维地震勘探中反射地震剖面数据体为实例,讨论了数据预处理方法和分析了体绘制效果,完成了可视化实例测试.
Since the geoscience research tends to be more quantitative,the amount of data obtained by various new technologies is increasing by geometric multiples,and the data generated is gradually developing from GB to TB.How to visualize the changes of global details of massive data has gradually developed into a new research field,that is,mass data processing and visualization.At present,the most effective visualization solution based on massive data is to apply parallel computer cluster processing technology and visualization method directly based on hardware GPU acceleration.In this paper,a parallel method and its implementation for volume rendering of massive three-dimensional data are presented.Taking the reflected seismic profile data volume in three-dimensional seismic exploration as an example,the data preprocessing method and the volume rendering effect are discussed,and the visualization example test is completed.
