摘要
研究了智能变电站的整体结构以及各种智能设备的特点,有针对性地构建了典型结构智能站的在线监测与评估框架,从而能够对智能站的二次系统的运行状态以及性能进行准确评估,为二次系统的状态检修提供可靠的参考依据.并针对智能站电子式互感器温漂造成的零点电位漂移问题,设计了将继电保护装置内部的零序电压、零序电流、相电流作为判据的二次系统中性点电压在线监测电路,实现了对智能站二次系统中性点电位的在线监测功能.
The overall structure of intelligent substation and the characteristics of various intelligent devices are studied.An on-line monitoring and evaluation framework of typical structural intelligent stations is constructed,which can accurately evaluate the operation status and performance of the secondary system of the intelligent station and provide reliable reference for the condition-based maintenance of the secondary system.Finally,aiming at the problem of zero-point potential drift caused by temperature drift of electronic transformer in intelligent station,an on-line monitoring circuit of neutral point voltage in secondary system is designed,which takes zero-sequence voltage,zero-sequence current and phase current inside the relay protection device as the criteria,and realizes the on-line monitoring function of neutral-point potential in secondary system of intelligent station.
