摘要
以某款干式双离合汽车为样机,建立汽车低档起步加速时发动机—离合器—传动系三自由度动力学模型,研究系统随着离合器刚度的变化表现出复杂的非线性动力学行为,结合实验研究测试不同离合器扭转刚度时汽车加速过程中的离合器噪声和变速器振动加速度,分析得出:在一定范围内减小离合器刚度,可以有效降低其噪声和振动加速度,为解决汽车加速过程中的噪声问题提供一定的理论依据.
In this paper,taking a dry dual-clutch vehicle as a prototype,a three-degree-of-freedom dynamic model of engine-clutch-transmission system for a dry dual-clutch vehicle with low gear acceleration is established,and the complex nonlinear dynamic behavior of the system with the change of clutch stiffness is studied.Combined with experimental study,the clutch noise and the vibration acceleration of the gearbox during the acceleration process of the vehicle are tested with different torsional stiffness of the clutch.It is concluded that reducing clutch stiffness in a certain range can effectively reduce its noise and vibration acceleration,and provide a theoretical basis for solving the noise problem in the process of vehicle acceleration.
