陕西汉中地区马铃薯品种组织培养快繁方法的建立

摘要 选取了汉中地区当地传统马铃薯品种为研究对象,通过18S/ITS序列鉴定,对该品种的分类学位置进行了标注.对该品种马铃薯淀粉进行提取、纯化并送交检测,获悉了该品种淀粉的特性特征.利用组织培养快速繁殖技术,并通过在诱导外植体分化生根生芽等阶段的培养基成分优化,获得了典型的马铃薯组培苗. In this study,the local traditional potato varieties in Hanzhong area of Shaanxi province were selected as the research objects,and the taxonomy of the varieties was marked by 18 S/ITS sequence identification.The starch of the potato varieties was extracted,purified and sent for detection,and the characteristics of starch of the varieties were known.The rapid propagation technology of tissue culture was used,and the typical potato tissue-cultured seedlings were obtained by optimizing the medium components during the stages of inducing explants differentiation,rooting and budding.
