象征性交互作用理论视野下的农村留守儿童犯罪解析

An Analysis of Crimes Committed by Left-behind Children in the Countryside——from the Perspective of Symbolic Interactionism

从犯罪行为发生对于犯罪人的价值这一视角出发,深入解读农村留守儿童入室抢劫杀人一案,阐明一部分农村留守儿童通过实施违法犯罪这样的闹剧证明自己的个人能力,以反击个人现实层面中面临的社会地位低下、情感需求不能通过合法途径得到满足的持久无能的生存困境与心理困境,是农村留守儿童犯罪行为发生的原因;并在社区矫正的层面提出通过完善司法体系同时建立村落矫正模式,减少农村留守儿童犯罪的建议。

This paper makes an in-depth analysis of a real case of house robbery and homicide committed by left-behind children in the countryside and concludes that by implementing illegal crimes, the left-behind children in-tend to show their emotional needs cannot be satisfied through legal means and they are of lower social status. Psy-chologically, left-behind children are in the dilemma. It is suggested that in order to prevent and reduce this prob-lem, measures should be taken to perfect the legal system and establish village correction mode at all levels of com-munity in the countryside.
