摘要
公共管理类大学生创新创业人才培养与"双创"深度契合成为必然。从实际情况来看,目前公共管理类大学生创新创业教育存在深度不足、教学与评价手段不合理、与专业教育的结合不够、情景学习的作用体现不明显等问题。为此应加强创业能力的培养和训练、优化创业导师队伍、优化人才培养方案、拓展专业实习实训平台。
It is inevitable that the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents for college students in public management is a necessity with double innovation. In effect, there are some problems in the innovation and entrepreneurship education of Public Management College students, such as, insufficient depth, unreasonable teaching and evaluation methods, insufficient combination with professional education, and the role of situation learning is not obvious. We should strengthen the cultivation and training of entrepreneurship ability, optimize the team of entrepreneurship mentors and the personnel training program as well as expand the professional practice training platform.
