摘要 教师教育者是未来教师的培养者,也是教学的示范者,教师教育者进行教学改革的过程对未来教师的成长具有一定的浸润性影响。文中重述了一位教师教育者在基于对分课堂模式进行教学改革过程中所亲历的教育故事,从教学改革开展中的"重要他人";教学改革实施中的反思性实践者;教学改革中的共同成长者三个方面呈现对故事的意义探求,在反思与追问中对个体教育改革的实践意义进行了考量和审视,用自我教育叙事的方法进行了理性主体与实践主体的专业对话。 Teacher educators are the cultivators of future teachers as well as the demonstrators of teaching.The process of teaching reform of teacher educators has certain infiltrative influence on the growth of future teachers.This paper recapitulates the educational stories in the education reform of PAD Class by a teacher educator.The meaning of the story is explored from three aspects:the'important others'in the process of teaching reform;the reflective practitioner in the implementation of teaching reform;the co-grower in the process of teaching reform.The practical significance of individual education reform was considered and examined in reflection and questioning.Meanwhile,it carries out professional dialogue with the dual identity of the practical and rational subject in the way of self-narrative.
