探讨“物质实践”的科学内涵和本质规定，认为实践本身已经扬弃了人的精神因素，它在本质上是客观的物质运动过程，它必须以事物的客观尺度为前提和根据。并阐述了人的自然物质本性与人的主体性。

Abstract The article inquires into scientific connotation of material practice and essential regulations.It holds that practice itself has already developed and abandoned man's spiritual factors.Practice is the objective process of material movement by nature and,therefore,it must take objective measures of things as its presupposition and foundation.The article also expounds man's inherent quality of natural material and subjective character,as well as the dialectical relation between social existance and its development.
