一种基于非线性拟合方法的多点产能计算模型

摘要 在利用生产资料确定IPR曲线时,数据的处理方法会影响计算结果,甚至得不到合理的结果。针对这一问题,基于考虑单相流动的Standing方程,利用非线性最小二乘法,建立了多点产能计算模型。该模型拓宽了Standing方程的应用范围,提高了生产资料的利用率,减小了测试数据本身误差对产能计算的影响,避免了因选择数据不当而得到不合理结果的可能。与常用计算方法对比发现,该方法简单可靠,计算精度高,可用于确定油井流入动态、计算油井产能、制定合理的工作制度。 When determining IPR curve by means of available production data,the method of data processing will affect the calculation results,and even can not get reasonable results. Aim at this problem,Based on Standing equation considering single-phase flow,a multipoint productivity calculation model is established by using the non-linear least squares method. This model expands the use of Standing equation,improves the utilization rate of the production data,reduces the influence of the historical data error on the calculation of productivity and avoids the possibility of obtaining unreasonable results due to improper selection of data. Comparing the proposed IPR determining with other common methods shows that the new method can predict well deliverability more accurately than other methods used in this paper and is a simple and reliable method to calculate IPR curve.
