摘要
凸轮传动系统主要被应用于机械控制系统,控制精度是其机构设计的重点内容,凸轮廓线精确设计是运动方式的基本保证,摩擦学问题是系统正常工作的重要条件,是系统失效的重要因素,决定系统的使用寿命。本文综述和分析凸轮传动系统摩擦学设计的基本问题,提出设计研究的方向。
Cam transmission system is applied to mechanical controlling system. Controlling precision is a important content for mechanism design. The outline precision design of cam is essential assurance for the motion mode. Tribological problem which is an important condition of system operation, is the main factor of system failure, and decides the life of system. The basic problem of tribological design was summarized and analyzed about cam transmission system. The direction of design research was put forward.
