摘要
总结725例血培养结果,有157例检出细菌,检出率为21.7%,但其中有21份判断为污染和4份杂菌生长,故实际检出率为18.2%,在132例阳性标本中,G^+菌感染多于G^-菌,G^+菌感染主要以葡萄球菌为主,而G^-菌感染以大肠杆菌为主。并探讨血液细菌培养中存在的问题及解决办法。
The results of 725 samples of blood culture were analyzed. Of all the 725 samples examined, 157 were found to have Bacteria (21.7%), including 21 samples contaminated and 4 samples with hybride bacteria, so the actual detecting rate was 18.2% (132/ 725). Among the positive samples, G^+ Bacteria were more commonly found than G^- Bacteria. Staphylococcus were dominant species in G^+ Bacteria while Bacillus in G^- Bacteria. The remaining problems and solving method about blood culture were also discussed in this paper.
