摘要
给棉板是梳棉机中的关键易损部件之一,而锈蚀和耐磨性差是给棉板失效的主要原因。给棉板经过表面处理后,其表面可获得耐锈蚀和耐磨的优良镀铬层,从而极大地延长了给棉板的使用寿命。
In carding machine, feed-shoes are one of the important parts which are easy to wearing. The rust and bad wear resistence is the main cause of feed-shoes failure. After feed-shoes surface were treated, the chromium plating layer possessed good wear resistance and excellent rust resistance, and the service life had increased.
