摘要 对废铅酸蓄电池渣泥中硫酸铅脱硫和二氧化铅还原湿法过程进行研究。采用碳酸钠作脱硫剂,脱硫率比用碳酸铵要高。草酸作还原剂,还原率比亚硫酸盐等法要高。通过正交试验法,确定了硫酸铅脱硫过程的最佳工艺条件。通过单因素试验法,找出了二氧化铅还原过程的最佳工艺条件。 the processes of PbSO_(4)desulfuration and PbO_(2) reduction were studied from paste mud of waste Lead storage batteries by hydrometallurgy. With (Na_(2)CO_(3)) as desulfuration agent, the desulfuration rate was higher than that with ((NH_(4))_(2)CO_(3 ).)With H_(2)C_(2)O_(4) as reduction agent, the reduction rate was higher than that with Na_(2)SO_(3) and NH_(4)HSO_(3) etc. With orthogonal experiments, the optimum conditions of PbSO_(4) desulfuration process were determined. With single factor experiments, the optimum conditions of PbO_(2) reduction process were also found out.
