摘要
电力市场中,属于同一发电厂商的发电机组可以通过联合竞标获得更佳的发电收益。在长期的竞标过程中嵌入对机组的成本效益分析,将对发电厂商进行成本核算及远景发展规划有重要的意义。文中从发电机组联合竞标的角度出发,通过建立相应的效益分配模型,对厂商所属发电机组的获利进行了分析,并根据分析结果对厂商的市场定位和发展战略等问题进行了探讨。考虑到电网输电阻塞的存在对发电机组联合竞标及效益预算产生较大的影响,用算例对此进行了仿真计算。计算和分析结果表明,文中所提出的方法是有效、可行的。
Power supplier owning several generator units will gain more benefit in electricity auction market by combining bidding. It is meaningful to analyze the cost benefit and development planning by incorporating benefit analysis into long term bidding strategy. Under the viewpoint of combining bidding, bidding strategy, marketing orientation and development strategy are discussed by setting up a benefit allocation model. Considering the effects of transmission congestion on combining bidding and revenue budget, a numerical simulation example is given. The calculation results show that the algorithm presented is effective and feasible.
