摘要
将灭滴灵与呋喃唑酮联合应用,治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎52例,设对照组治疗观察,两组的近期疗效分别为96.2％,58.8％,统计学处理,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。作者斟对该病病因及两药联合治疗的机理做了简要分析。
Fifty-two cases of chronic ulcerative colitis were treated with metronidazole combining with furazolidone and other 52 cases only given general therapy were as control group. The short-term efficacies in the two groups were 96.2% and 58.5% respectively (P< 0. 01). In addition, the cause of this disease and the therapeutic mechanism of metronidazole combining with furazolidone were also discussed.
