摘要
根据2万t复分解4步循环法生产硝酸钾的生产工艺参数、循环母液的成分及其含量、各物质的物性参数,计算出每生产1t农用硝酸钾,工艺物料所需热量为5.34×106kJ,蒸发浓缩过程中所需热量3.90×106kJ,生产装置总热效率达80%。计算结果与生产实际数据相符,对指导硝酸钾工业设计有参考作用。
Based on the technological data of existing production,composition and content of recirculating mother liquor and properties of reactants,the heat demand for the process is calculated.i.e.heat demand per ton potassium nitrate for reaction and concentration are 5.34×10~6 kJ and 3.90×10~6 kJ respectively.The total heat efficiency of the plant is 80%.It shows that the calculated result is in correspondance with the practical production data.So,it can guide the industrial design.
