发电机组一次调频调节效能实时测定及补偿方法 被引量:44

摘要 提出了对机组一次调频功能实行合理的调节性能定量测定与经济补偿的方法。用贡献电量这一综合指标反映机组一次调频的性能,并给出贡献电量实时测定算法。对安徽电网具备一次调频功能的发电机组调节效能进行定量测定的结果表明,此方法能够较为客观地反映发电机组一次调频功能对电网频率实际贡献大小,据此对机组进行一定的经济补偿,进一步促进机组一次调频性能的提高和投运积极性,对保证电网频率质量具有积极作用。 This paper puts forward a real-time measurement and economic reward method for evaluating the efficiency of generator unit primary frequency regulation. The index of contributing energy is used to measure the efficiency of unit primary frequency regulation. And the real-time measurement method for contributing energy is also proposed. The measurement results of Anhui power system show that the method can reflect objectively the actual frequency contribution of units' primary frequency regulation and reward the units. With the economic reward for units, the primary frequency regulation capability is optimized and such operation is encouraged. It is helpful for maintaining the frequency stability of power systems.
