心电图诊断限度及缺陷的克服

摘要 在中基层医院,心电图仍是常用而重要的诊断心血管病的手段,但不能否认,心电图对某些心血管病的诊断确实存在一定限度及缺陷。资料表明:某些限度及缺陷可以通过描记技术来克服。结合我们临床应用体会,本文就此方面介绍附加导联、附加操作及描记技术上一些特殊问题。 1 某些附加导联的应用 1.1 当下壁导联呈梗塞图形时,为明确有无正后壁心肌梗塞,加做:①右胸导联V_3R~V_6R;②V_7~V_9导联。 Electrocardiogram is still the common and important technology which diagnosis the cardiovascular discases at institutioned hospital and even the middle hospitals. From the view of simple and nonwound, no other methed could replaced it up to now. But we can not deny that the electrocardiogroram does have definite limits and depects to diagnose some cardiovescular discases. We realized that some limits and defects could be remodied by using recording technology of electrocardiogram. This paper will introduce the special and main points of electrocardiogram recording and the application of additional lead and oporation.
