摘要
采用焦煤、1 /3焦煤、硬质煤沥青和木炭 4种含碳添加剂 ,考察了它们对大同煤质压块成型活性炭性能的影响程度 .研究表明 :添加硬质沥青能提高活性炭的中孔率、强度、水容量、焦糖脱色率、四氯化碳吸附率和亚甲兰值 ,而对碘值几乎无影响 ;添加焦煤能使活性炭的微孔容积、中孔容积和 BET表面积同时提高 ,且显著增加试样的焦糖脱色率 ;添加 1 /3焦煤可提高活性炭的微孔容积、总孔容积和 BET表面积 ,但中孔容积会降低 ;添加木炭除使试样强度明显降低外 ,其他性能均大幅提高 .
Four carbonaceous additives include coking coal,1/3 coking coal,hard coal-based pitch and charcoal were selected to study their influence on the properties of the agglomerated activated carbon(AC) made from Datong bitumite.It was found that the hard coal-based pitch would raise mesoporous ratio,hardness,water adsorption,caramel decolored ratio,CCL4 adsorption ratio and Methylene blue No. of the AC samples,but not affect Iodine No. of the samples;the coking coal could increase microporous volume (V micro),mesoporous volume(V meso),BET surface area(S BET) and caramel decolored ratio of the AC samples;Once the 1/3 coking coal was added into the AC,the samples would have higher V micro,total porous volume and S BET,but lower V meso;When the charcoal was mixed into the AC,the properties of the samples could raise greatly except hardness(it cut dwon).
